Flow: A 6-Week Online Journey

Movement meets momentum in Flow — a 6-week online series designed to help you move with confidence, curiosity, and a little bit of edge. This class is for anyone ready to explore the rhythm of vinyasa, expand their awareness through movement, and find freedom through breath. All levels are welcome — come as you are, move how you need.

Each 60-minute class blends pranayama, mindful mobility, dynamic asana, and grounding meditation. You’ll explore creative transitions, intelligent sequencing, and the art of tuning in — letting your body guide the way. Expect to move, to play, and to leave feeling both grounded and lit up.

Props like blocks, straps, walls, and chairs will help you personalize your experience. Bring a yoga mat, water, and your adventurous spirit — your breath will carry you through.

An optional custom Spotify playlist will set the tone as you flow between peace and power.
