
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or coming back to refine your practice, Foundations is where we return to what matters most — breath, awareness, and movement that feels good in your body. This 6-week online series invites you to slow down, dig deep, and build resiliency from the inside out.
Each 60-minute class weaves together pranayama (breathwork), asana (postures), yoga theory, meditation, and mindfulness. You’ll explore both traditional postures and functional movement patterns designed to support the way you live and move every day. Expect to learn, sweat, and maybe even surprise yourself — this is yoga that honours where you are and challenges you to expand beyond it.
Props like blocks, straps, walls, and chairs will help make the practice accessible to all levels. Bring a mat, some water, and your curiosity — your breath will bring the rest.
An optional custom Spotify playlist will carry you through as you discover the balance between peace and power.
